Service provider identification
This site is operated by Efrain Camilo Hernandez Arias, a natural person identified with Colombian national ID 1.110.561.913, under the commercial brand VantLabs. The legal contact channel is legal@vantlabs.io. The physical address is available upon formal request through that same channel.
Purpose of the site
vantlabs.io is the corporate site of VantLabs — an independent software studio based in Colombia. The site's sole purpose is to present the studio's identity, showcase projects under development, and enable a commercial contact channel. This site does not sell products or services directly. The ReclamaAI and VantFi products are sold on their own sites and governed by their own terms and conditions.
Tacit acceptance
In accordance with Colombian Law 527 of 1999 on electronic commerce, simply accessing and browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. This acceptance does not require a signature or prior registration.
Contact form
The contact form is the channel provided for commercial communications, information requests, and general inquiries. VantLabs commits to responding to received messages within a reasonable timeframe. No specific response time is guaranteed for general commercial inquiries. For the exercise of rights over personal data, the timelines established in the Privacy Policy apply. The form must not be used to send mass communications (spam), unlawful content, or requests for legal representation.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, code, images, graphic design, the commercial trademarks VantLabs, ReclamaAI and VantFi, and other identifying elements — is the exclusive property of Efrain Camilo Hernandez Arias or has been licensed for use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization from the rights holder is prohibited. Quotation with explicit attribution is permitted for informational or journalistic purposes.
Limitation of liability
The site is offered in its current state. VantLabs makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of published information, but does not guarantee uninterrupted continuity or that it is free of errors. This limitation does not apply to the non-waivable rights recognized under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute) or the personal data protection rights recognized under Law 1581 of 2012.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, in particular Law 527 of 1999 (electronic commerce) and Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute). Any dispute arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Colombia.
Effective date and amendments
These terms take effect on April 9, 2026 (Version 1.0). VantLabs reserves the right to update them when necessary to reflect changes in site operations or applicable law. Amendments will be published on this same page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
